INSTRUCTIONS;
1. Go to your "Start" menu.
2. Hold your Mouse over "Settings".
3. A new Menu should have shown up,
click "Control Panek" from the Menu.
4. A new window should show up on your screen, look for the icon that reads "Internet Options" another new window should show up, there you'll find a space bar where there's already a link typed in. Erase that link and type the following...

Now click "OK" and when you go to your explorer, you'll see "SHELLYMOON'S ANIME NETWORK"!
